Welcome to the quest of running injury
free! This site is for the thousands of runners, joggers,
and walkers who are not concerned with how fast they can finish
a race but who want to run without injury and enjoy it. As
a sports podiatrist I have treated countless amateur runners
who are constantly suffering from painful running injuries.
I have pooled together many of my colleagues and physiotherapists
to offer you essential information on how to prevent and treat
running injuries.
During my years of running, I've never
been injured, and I've created this site to pass on running
tips and lessons that I've learned from my experiences as
a runner and a sports podiatrist so that you too can run injury
free and enjoy it!
